Great location with beautiful lake views and a peaceful garden. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The hostel offered a variety of activities such as table tennis, billiards, gym, and yoga. It felt like home and had a relaxed atmosphere.

There were some inconsistencies with the tents. While one tent was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, another tent had issues with the bed size, lack of space, and soil floor.

We had an amazing time at Gran Colibri - Tz'Unun Ya' Hostel Rec Center. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the main street in San Pedro. The views from the upstairs communal spaces were breathtaking, right on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring the area. The restaurant had delicious food, especially the fish from the lake. The WiFi was surprisingly fast and reliable, perfect for remote work. The staff and volunteers created a great atmosphere, making us feel welcome and at home. Plus, the value for money was unbeatable. we highly recommend this hostel for a memorable and budget-friendly stay.

I had a really great stay at Tz'unun Ya'! The price was unbeatable and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to hear the music from the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more choices.

I recently stayed at Tzununya for a few nights and had a great time. The hostel has a convivial atmosphere with plenty of common areas to socialize and enjoy activities like billiards and video games. The restaurant and bar offer a fantastic lakeside view, and the staff were exceptional, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The facilities may be basic, as it is a campsite, but the price accurately reflects this, and the hostel is constantly improving and adding new amenities.

The hostel was also conveniently located just a short walk from the main street, close enough to everything but still peaceful at night. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hostel.
